Squirrel Control in Buckingham

Buckingham sits among genuine parkland — mature estate planting, avenues and specimen trees that have been there for generations. Parkland oak and beech carry a substantial squirrel population and it does not stay in the park.

The town itself has a dense older centre with roofs abutting each other, plus a university and its associated rented property, where the people living in the building are often not the people who can authorise anything.

Terraced roofs

They Get In Next Door and Walk Along

Where roofs are continuous along a terrace, the loft space sometimes is too. Party walls in older terraces frequently stop at ceiling level rather than running up to the roof, which means one opening at the end of a row can serve every house in it.

That produces a specific and frustrating situation: your loft has squirrels, your roofline is sound, and the way in is four doors down.

Where we find that, we will say so, and the realistic fix is either the neighbour's roofline or a proper party-wall closure in your own loft. Both work; only one of them is within your control.

Short answers

Buckingham Questions

My roof looks fine but they are in the loft.

In an older terrace the party walls often stop at ceiling level, so the way in can be several houses along.

Do you deal with landlords and letting agents?

Yes, and we can inspect and report so whoever is authorising the work is deciding on what is actually there.

Do you cover the villages?

Yes, the villages around Buckingham are within the normal area.
